The causes I like the house:
A place with a view, a nice yard, and a vegetable garden. The house should have a nice master suite, a bath, a large shower that is wheelchair accessible, and a deep tub for soaking. The kitchen should have a lot of space with an efficient layout, and a working room for 2–4 people to be actively involved with food prep. A six burner, professional gas range, double ovens, and two refrigerators. The main living area is open to the kitchen, but separated by a counter/bar with seating for 4 or 5 people.
Since I prefer an efficient building plan, a two story seems sensible. One downstairs room should have a pullout or Murphy bed, but would primarily be a library/entertainment room. We don’t have a lot of guests at our age, but the second downstairs room should be a dedicated bedroom. Another full bath and a couple more storage areas would be nice. No need for an elevator now, but as we age in place, it could be useful in the future. So provision for an elevator shaft could be provided, with spaces created used for storage until an
elevator is needed. Downstairs space would be complete with a three bay garage, one bay for storage and a workbench.
A large deck on the upper story, to entertain friends, and enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful Mountain range. The all causes above are entirely provided here. So this is my favorite house.
